Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made by consumers (B2C) on Rein Markets, including subscriptions, reports, livestream access, and other digital content.

All products offered by Rein Markets are digital services or digital content delivered electronically.

2. Immediate Access and Final Sale

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to digital content.

Because access is granted instantly, all purchases are final once delivery has begun.

Rein Markets does not offer refunds, returns, or credits for:

  • digital subscriptions

  • digital reports or analyses

  • livestream access

  • partial use of a subscription period

  • unused time or inactivity

3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • delivery of digital content begins immediately after payment

  • you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access is granted

This waiver applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account or payment provider.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds are issued for any remaining time in the billing cycle

5. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

Refunds are not provided due to:

  • dissatisfaction with content style, tone, or focus

  • disagreement with analysis or viewpoints

  • changes in market conditions

  • unmet expectations or assumed outcomes

Rein Markets does not guarantee any financial result or performance.

6. Technical Issues

Temporary technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or third-party service outages do not qualify for refunds, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore access.

7. Abuse, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in violation of this policy may result in:

  • immediate suspension or termination of access

  • permanent restriction from future purchases

Customers are required to contact Rein Markets directly to resolve billing issues before initiating disputes with payment providers.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Where such rights apply, Rein Markets will comply strictly with the minimum legal requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on Rein Markets, you confirm that you:

  • agree to its terms in full
